Results

If SwitchWatch has problems contacting the switch then a file called <SwitchName>_ERROR.txt is created
for each problem switch. This will contain as much info as possible as to why it has errored. If possible a copy
of the conversation will be added to the error log to help find the issue.

If you need to diagnose issues you can force a log of the conversation for any switch by ticking the log
conversation check box.



A file called <SwitchName>.log is generated for each switch the option is set for. The file is created
in a sub directory of the site the switch belongs to.
