Collecting Data

Each switch in the selected site is contacted and the stats generated into a file called
<Site>_Switches.txt.




This file will be generated in the same directory as the exe. It has a header detailing the
number of switches contacted, the total number of ports and stats for the unused ports.
You set number of days of inactivity on the main form. The Site "All" collects for every
switch in every site but if you specify a site then only switches in that site are reported on.



If you need a file detailing the switch individually then check the Create file option on
the individual switch. The file will be created in a sub directory of the site name called
<Switchname>.txt



The <Site>_Switches.txt file is still generated for the site's switches aswell as any
individual files you want.
